Jake has a daughter named Laura, an estranged wife named Katelyn. He used to chat with Laura on ham radio every night before they disappeared. Katelyn took Laura setting off from Sanford to the Commonwealth by caravan. Jake has followed them and is trying to locate Laura through The Ron.Unlocked by:
Beginning the Sim Settlements 2 Story by placing a Radio Recuitment Beacon in your settlement and talking to the Stranger that arrives.
