Old Paul is the first unique settler you will encounter in Sim Settlements 2. He has lived most of his life as a scavver and is ready to settle down in your settlement. Old Paul will be present throughout several quests as you learn the ins and outs of Sim Settlements 2.
Recruitment
Unlocked by: Old Paul can be recruited after a quick conversation between Jake and the protagonist after you have built the first three plot types (residential, agricultural, and industrial) as instructed by Jake.
