¶ Walkthrough
- The Stranger will ask you to meet him at your settlement.
- If you have several, go back to the place where you built the radio tower and first met the Stranger.
- The Stranger will ask you to place a 2x2 agricultural plot. Follow this instruction, wait for him to build, then listen to Robco Rob.
- The Stranger will tell you to place a 2x2 industrial plot. Follow this instruction, wait, then listen to Robco Rob.
- Old Paul shows up, has a conversation, becomes a resident, and exhorts the Sole Survivor to keep building.

- Moving, deleting, or changing these plots while the quest is in progress may cause an issue with quest progress.
