¶ Walkthrough
- Mansfield will call you via HQ Radio. If for some reason, HQ Radio dialogue does not complete, you can talk to him in person to complete the conversation.
- Mansfield asks you to recruit a doctor, and suggests asking the Nightingales.
- Recruit Cassandra
- Return to HQ
- Speak to Cassandra and Mansfield
- Clear Office Level of threats, or
(Optional) Assign Security team to clear Office Level in Command Mode - Speak to Cassandra (See Notes below)
- Use Command Mode to clean the Main Hall SE Quadrant
- Use Command Mode to build a Medical Lab
- Wait for the Medical Lab construction to complete
- Assign Cassandra to the Science Department
- Research the Flu in Command Mode
- Wait for Flu Research to Complete
- Upgrade the Medical Lab to reach Medical Research Level 2
To upgrade, use Engineering > Upgrades (Science) - Wait for the Medical Lab upgrade to complete
- Research a Cure to the Flu in Command Mode
- Wait for the Cure Research to Complete
- Upgrade the Medical Lab to reach Medical Research Level 3
To upgrade, use Engineering > Upgrades (Science) - Wait for the Medical Lab upgrade to complete
- Research a Vaccine to the Flu in Command Mode
- Wait for the Vaccine Research to Complete
- Speak to Cassandra

- About Cedric Mansfield and Cassandra
- This quest will begin once the final objective of How to HQ (recruit 15 settlers for HQ) is completed.
- To recruit Cassandra, complete Angel of Mercy. If you have completed their quests, you will find Cassandra in the Mass Bay Medical Center.
- During this quest, the Office Level in HQ unlocks for cleaning and construction projects, including additional rooms for Living Quarters.
- Completing the quest, unlocks two Room Designs: Clinical Infirmary and ER Infirmary
