- Enter the Mass Bay Medical Center.
- Listen to Fiona and Cassandra's conversation.
- Talk to Fiona. (For best quest results, ask all of the questions)
a. Ask her about what happened
b. Ask her about Cassandra - Investigate the patient's room.
a. Examine the patient.
b. Find the syringe. - Question Cassandra.
a. If you picked up the empty syringe from the patient's room, you can ask about it
b. You can ask her questions, or for advice
c. If you have Medic, she may ask you to check her pathology books, "Cassandra's Books" - Investigate the diagnostics room.
a. Find the Rabies blood sample.
b. Fix the Diagnostics Machine
Requirements to fix the Diagnostics Machine
Intelligence 9, Science Perk 1;or either Idiot Savant 2 or Four Leaf Clover 2.
Materials required: 5 circuitry, 2 springs, 10 screws

If you are able to fix the machine:
a. Examine the drawn blood sample.
b. Examine the found blood sample.
c. Examine any other items that you've found during your investigation
d. You can go back if you find something else to analyse
The quest will proceed if you are unable to fix it. -
