¶ Walkthrough
- You receive an HQ Radio call.
- Speak to Fiona at HQ.
- (Optional)You can ask for additional help. Fiona will give you some medical supplies.
- Find Raphael.
- Enter the Hideout.
- Explore the Hideout.
- Find and speak to Raphael.
- Search for clues. When activating each of the clues, Raphael will tell you something about his life as part of the raider group.
- Active Campfire
- Activate Trophy
- Activate Bedrolls
- Activate Empty Medkit
- Activate Cooler
- Find the holotape in the Large Wooden Desk.
- Play Cain's Holotape. Read A Good Neighbour
- Talk to Raphael. Through dialogue options, you can learn more about Raphael's past.
- Travel to The Third Rail, in Goodneighbour.
- Talk to Jade.
- Through dialogue option selections, you can learn more about Raphael
- Convince her to give up Cain's location.
a. Bribe her
b. No Risk (Charisma speech check)
- Travel to the raiders hideout. (Pharmacy, between Fort Hagen and the Greater Mass Blood Clinic)
- Talk to Raphael.
- Follow Raphael inside (Enter the Pharmacy).
- Talk to Cain.
- Talk to Raphael and Ellis. Decide how to proceed:
a. Give Supplies
b. Prefer to kill them.
If you give Supplies:
- Ellis and Raphael will have some dialogue
- Exit the Pharmacy
If you select Prefer to kill them, Ellis ask that you get some medical supplies for him, or suggest talking to the raiders.
- (Optional) You can go find the medical supplies Ellis needs and return if you did not get the supplies from Fiona.

- (Optional) Talk to Raiders
- You can learn more about Raphael and Cain's past relationship
- Convince them through dialogue options to mutiny
a. Take over (Intimidate)
b. Bribe
c. If you fail, they will attack you
- (Optional) Talk to Cain
- Learn more about Raphael and Cain's past
- Learn about Cain's opinion of you
- Shoot Cain to start the mutiny
- If you'd rather just kill them all, just attack.
- Talk to Raphael.
- Exit the Pharmacy.
Upon leaving the Pharmacy:
- If you decided to mutiny or attack, Raphael and Ellis will have some dialogue outside if you stay to listen.
- Report to Fiona at Mass Bay Medical.
- (Optional) Talk to Raphael.
- (Optional) Talk to Ellis.
- Fiona and Ellis may be having a heart to heart conversation when you arrive.
- Leave the Hospital to complete the quest.
¶ Notes:
- Begins after 24 hrs after Is There a Doctor in the House? is completed.
- On your return to Mass Bay Medical to complete the quest, Raphael is available as a Companion. NOTE: If you dismiss him as a Companion, he will return to Mass Bay Medical.
