- Travel to and enter the Mass Bay Medical Center.
- Speak to the Nightingales.
a. Talk to Raphael and Ellis.
b. Choose to help injured raider or not. - Talk to Raphael
- Talk to Circe
- Discuss a dead gunner with Cassandra.
- Take the elevator up to assist Fiona.
- Choose:
a. To help, you'll need to convince Commander Yorks that your intention is to help
b. Attack the Gunners. - Speak to Fiona.
- Follow up with Nightingales at the Mass Bay Medical Center in a few days.

- Completion of this quest unlocks a new Municipal Plot, Hospital.
- If you complete this quest by convincing the gunners to receive treatment, Circe will have an escort of two gunners with her for New Connections, and you will see Commander Yorks at the Mass Bay Medical Center when you next visit the Nightingales.
