- Go to Mass Bay Medical Center.
- Take the elevator.
- Talk to Fiona.
- Ask if you can help.
- Talk to Raphael.
- Talk to Cassandra, decide if the patient is better off dead.
- Cassandra will ask to see the Vit-o-Matic. She upgrades the Vit-o-Matic so that it can diagnose diseases.
- Talk to Raphael.
- Lead Raphael to check on the caravan.
- Speak to Raphael.
- Kill al the supermutants.
- Return to the Hospital.
- Check on Fiona.
