Jerred Lund is the Quartermaster of the Commonwealth Police Department (CPD). He was formerly a trader and scavenger who took on a young apprentice, Shhandy.
Unlocked by:
- Completing the Caleb Saunders quest line in Concord, OR
- Having 30 residential plots built over your owned settlements, having at least 3 settlements. Once this is accomplished, a CPD Messenger, Shhandy will appear with a request for you to visit the CPD HQ
