¶ Walkthrough
- Speak to Salvador. He will contact you on HQ Radio. If the call does not proceed, use the HQ Radio to call him back, or speak to him at HQ.
- Salvador will discuss his findings from his investigations.
- Build a Military Training on a Recreational Plot in an Outpost.
- RESEARCH LOADOUT: MEDIC under the MILITARY>INTELLIGENCE menu in Command Mode.
- Wait for the research project to complete.
- Level up a Soldier to Rank 3 via Training and/or Assaults.
- Equip a Soldier with the Medic Loadout using Manage Soldier.
TIPS:
The objectives above do not need to be completed in order. If you have already built a Military Training, that objective should complete for you when you travel to an Outpost.
To action the Research Loadout, recruit a Rank 3 Soldier for HQ to increase Military Energy
To increase Supplies at HQ, make Supply Agreements with your Outposts. You can also make Trade Agreements via PROVISION at Level 3 Caravan Services to bring in more Ammo, Armor, Chems and Weapons.
When you are ready to proceed:
- Capture Federal Supply Cache 84NE as a Territory.
- (Optional) Plan the Assault using a War Planner's Desk or Military Department to bring speciality Soldiers.
- Return to HQ.
- Speak to Cassandra. She will let you know that Salvador is on the roof. You can ask her for more information about Salvador.
- Speak to Salvador on the roof of HQ.
