- Jake will call you on HQ Radio (or talk to you if you are near him in HQ) to ask you to help Lupe with an idea
- Meet Lupe at the Memory Den
- Talk to Lupe and Irma
- Convince Irma to provide a Memory Lounger
a. Pay Irma 2000 caps for the lounger, or
b. Pass a Charisma check to haggle the price
c. Return with the required caps
- Give Lupe time to transport Memory Lounger back to HQ
- Jake will contact you on HQ Radio when the Memory Lounger has arrived at HQ
- Meet Jake and Lupe in the Comm Array Room
- Jake asks you to sit in the Memory Lounger
- Go Towards the Map
- Activate a Settlement on the Map
- Activate a Plot Marker on the Map
- Exit the simulation by looking at your Pipboy
- If for some reason the HQ Radio message from Jake gets stuck or glitches, you can use the HQ Radio to call Jake back to initiate the quest.
- This quest occurs after From Sea to Glowing Sea
