- Travel to the Black Cell Safehouse.
- Picket is waiting outside to speak to you.
- Use the Black Cell Safehouse holotape to enter the bunker, OR
(Optional) Use the Black Cell (hacked) holotape. - Defeat enemies.
- Confront Janus.

- If you allow Janus to go free, he will appear at HQ later to offer you an alliance with the Railroad Remnants.
