¶ Walkthrough
- Cassandra calls you on HQ Radio.
- Return to the Comm Array Room in HQ.
- Talk Cassandra.
- Decide whether to turn Magnusson on.
If not:
- Cassandra will begin dismantling him.
- After 24 hours, check to see if Magnusson has been dismantled.
- Go to the Comm Array Room.
- Pick up Cassandra's Note.
- Get the Engram Tape.
- Quest completes.
If turning Magnusson on:
- Talk to Magnusson.
- Ask Magnusson about Madison's allegations.
- Decide to accept Magnusson or not.
If yes:
- Magnusson joins HQ.
If not:
- Cassandra uninstalls him.
- After 24 hours, check to see if Magnusson has been dismantled.
- Go to the Comm Array Room.
- Pick up Cassandra's Note.
- Get the Engram Tape.
- Quest completes.

- (Special) Only available if Magnusson was kept alive.
- Jake will only be present if he traded himself or tricked the Gunners.
- Begins 24 hours after Epilogue: Where the Heart Is if that was available, otherwise it will begin immediately after the credits.
