¶ Walkthrough
- Meet with Allison on the main level. You can ask her to distract Mr. Glatton, or steal the manifest or retreive it without her assistance.
- If you have asked her to distract Glatton,
a. Take the elevator up to the Penthouse, wait for her to distract Glatton, and then:
b. go into Glatton's office and take the Glatton Manifest - If you have chosen to distract Glatton:
a. Take Glatton for a walk to give Allison time to get the manifest.
b. You can opt to sell out Lydia by informing Glatton about her plan.
c. Glatton will reward you. - Meet Allison. She will direct you to Lydia.
- If you decided to do it without Allison's assistance:
a. Wait for Glatton to leave his office and enter his bedroom.
b. Take Glatton Manifest. - Meet with Lydia on the Basement Level.
- Lydia asks you to obtain proof of Glatton's misrepesentation.
- Travel to the Commonwealth Resident's home.
- Retrieve Bill of Sale.
- (Optional) Retrieve Purifier Part.
- (Optional) Fix Purifier.
- Return to Lydia.
- On your return Lydia and Allison will be arguing.
- Determine whether or not Allison can assist.
- Give Lydia the recovered items.
- Receive your reward.
- Quest completes.

¶ Quest ID: SS2C3_NLTC04
- Issue: Unable to enter Commonwealth Residence
If you encounter this issue, you can access the World Repopulation Lantern near the door to activate the menu, then select “Bypass Door and Enter Cell”. Choosing this option will teleport the player into the cell as if they had activated the door allowing entry to cells where the building collision blocks the actual door activator.
