Quest Character: Dee Harris

¶ Walkthrough
- You will see Dee Harris in your settlement.
- Speak to him. He will provide some information about his past.
- Find some Daddy-O and bring it to Dee.
- Assign him to a settlement.
- Build a chem factory (Chemical Plant) in that settlement.
- Assign Dee to the Chemical Plant.
- When the plant is finished building, talk to Dee to complete the quest.

- Dee Harris is a Unique Settler.
- The Chemical Plant is an industrial plot, production class that is unlocked through the discovery system using a Mark I Beacon. See Beacons for more information.
