Quest Character: Hesper

¶ Walkthrough
- Hesper can be seen wandering near the large body of water, northeast of Sanctuary. Speak to her, and then at some point later, she will show up at a settlement.
- When you speak to her, she will address you using your Railroad handle. Give the usual countersign.
- She introduces herself as Spincast, and gives you a mission to clear the enemies at Neponset Park and replace a tacklebox there.
- Once the enemies have been cleared, activate tacklebox.
- Return to Hesper.
- She will join the settlement of your choice.
