Dev Q&A
Getting through Chapter 1.
It was the first time I was made to handle a massive workload with a vastly underestimated assigned deadline.
Due to mods not exactly being known for putting high attention-to-detail in the Voice Acting department - expectations of one person doing all of this in time, as a volunteer, were set too high.
And I refused to delegate any of the specialist tasks because I wanted to maintain high standards throughout (we didn't have anyone else with enough experience in this field).
Needless to say, by the time after Chapter 2 released with high praise for VO, me releasing my VO management guide, and being commended by members of Fallout 4's own crew - my methods have not been questioned since.
